  • Arrive with clean, product-free skin. Exfoliate and shave 24 hours before, and skip lotions, deodorant, perfumes, and makeup the day of. Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment.

  • You’ll relax comfortably while a professional applies the whitening treatment. You will not feel any sensitivity during your 20 minutes under the light. Results are immediate—your smile will look brighter right away. After your session, avoid coffee, wine, and dark foods for 24–48 hours to protect your fresh whitened finish.

  • Yes! Head spa treatments are safe with extensions when done correctly. We focus on cleansing and massaging the scalp only, avoiding tension on the extension bonds or tapes. Your extensions will not be disturbed, and your scalp will feel refreshed, balanced, and deeply cleansed without compromising your install.

  • No — you must stop using retinol (and any retinoids) for at least 4 weeks before your brow service. Retinol thins the skin and can cause lifting, irritation, or injury during waxing or shaping. Stopping it for 4 weeks ensures your skin is strong, safe, and ready for treatment.

  • Yes — we specialize in bridal glam for all skin tones and undertones. Our artists are trained in inclusive techniques, shade-matching, and product selection to ensure every bride looks flawless, radiant, and true to herself on her wedding day.
